Foresters On Top In the MCC

Huntington (4 - 0) Leads the MCC Conference Race

At the Christmas break, the Foresters are in first place in the MCC, with an unblemished 4-0 record.  Taylor, Spring Arbor and Bethel have one loss apiece; Marian, Goshen and Grace have two losses; St Francis has three, and Indiana Wesleyan has four.

Overall, Huntington is 11-5, as we go to press, with two of those losses coming versus NCAA D1 schools.

The Foresters are rated #7 in the country; the result of the Dec. 14 NAIA national coaches poll.

Challenges & Consequences

These Challenges Have Led to Interesting Consequences

Practice Done; Time for Fun

One more important piece of information.  Alex got that box because it was his birthday.  That's right, the guys made him eat pickled pig's feet on his birthday!

The Salvation Army Special

The Date: November 7.
The Challenger: Jared Yoder.
The Challenge: Make it; I'll wear the coat on the bench.
The Shooter: Dustin Grim -- He shoots; it goes in!

Jared SA This happened while Jared couldn't play and was riding the bench in street clothes.  Dustin, a friend from high school, was with Jared when he bought a baby blue sport coat (for about $4) at the local Salvation Army Family Thrift Store (to wear to an Interpol concert).

Jared figured Dustin would
